We select them based on conversational skills, interests and emotional intelligence. Every Springer undergoes a Basic DBS check and rigorous face-to-face interviews before any visits.
We interview every applicant in person to assess warmth, intellect, and the ease with which they hold a meaningful conversation.
Every Springer holds a current Basic DBS certificate and provides two professional references which we verify directly.
No Springer joins our registry without meeting our founders face-to-face. We make every selection personally.
Every Springer must hold their own independent public liability insurance before their first visit begins. Second Spring's policy covers our platform operations only and does not cover individual Springers. Confirming this cover is part of our process, not an afterthought.
